Directly supervises whom/what: GSM Services' in-store Display at Sam's Club


Role: Generate qualified Sales Leads out of the Sam's Club Store


Tasks and Duties:


1) Engage with customers regarding HVAC equipment at assigned Sam's Club store location
2) Generate quality leads for the Sales Department
3) Transfer all lead information in a timely and accurate manner to the Sales Coordinator


Job Requirements:


1) Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include evening and weekend appointments.
2) Excellent customer service principles and practices.
3) "Clean Cut" presentation of yourself
4) Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as databases, spreadsheets and word
processing software.
5) General understanding of HVAC systems
6) Skill in verbal and written communication.
7) Ability to handle a variety of tasks.
8) Ability to perform accurate data entry.
9) Maintains Company Core Values be honest, profitable, respectful, client focused, efficient, and
knowledgeable.
10) Available to attend sales meetings

Work Experience:
1) Minimum of 2 years' experience in an outside or retail sales position
2) Preferred industry experience (not required)
