Candidate must have more than 3 years Commercial HVAC Project Management experience

Skill Level:

Will oversee construction of Commercial HVAC projects

Responsible for meeting budgets, accuracy of installations, and initial project planning so future success can be accomplished

Communicate and Partner with Sales, Production, and Customers to assure proper customer service

Field Measure, Coordinate, and Verify accuracy of drawings and specifications to assure production goals will be met or exceeded

Plan and schedule long range work to assist in man power projections and needs

Produce long range schedules

Setup and organize field project binders for field team leaders

Manage submittal process for upcoming projects

Manage close out documents for projects

Report to Senior Project Manager on status of projects

Plan and manage to Commercial Division KPI's (Key Performance Indicators)

Responsible for Quality Assurance of Project

Quality and Accuracy of Standards on Commercial HVAC Projects

Project Scope meets or exceeds customer expectations and matches contract and bid requirements

Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

Minimum High School Diploma with Extended Technical Education

Possess the ability to read and write English to a High School level

Project Management Software, Scheduling Packages

To adequately perform the duties of this job the coworker is regularly and routinely required to sit; stand, walk, stoop, use hands to finger, handle controls; hear, and communicate clearly

Must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds (review and modify this weight as appropriate).

Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to adjust focus

Must be able to climb ladders and not be timid of heights
