Experience:
1 or more years' experience Customer Service and
Office Administration preferred.
Management of Accounts Receivables and Inside Sales preferred.
Summary
− Management of Accounts Receivable and Open Estimates for Commercial Service Divisions.
-Follow up on open estimates generated by technicians.
Other admin duties as assigned
− Maintain the overall quality and performance standards set forth by GSM Services and its leadership team. Provide Comfort & Peace of Mind to your customers and coworkers.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and call on past due invoices daily.
- Achieve and maintain accounts receivable goals set forth by Leadership.
- Follow up on open estimates within 24 hours to see if the customer is ready to move forward with work.
- Enter follow up notes when calling on account receivables and open estimates to ensure we always know "What's Next" with the customer.
- Confirm and update customer contact information as needed in Service Titan for all Commercial Service Divisions.
- Schedule Sales Advisor site visits as needed.
- Generate leads using existing customer information in Service Titan for all commercial divisions as directed by Leadership.
- Follow processes as set forth by Leadership.
Requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of customer service principal and practices
- Skill in operating personal computer and programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
- Ability to multi-task in an intense, dynamic environment.
- Good interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
